Common Questions
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location. Nairobi is usually same or next day. Other counties typically take 2–5 days. Our team will give you an accurate estimate when they call.
What if I don't receive a call?
If you haven't heard from us within 30 minutes of ordering, call or WhatsApp Ann on 0706 243 403 or 0721 530 805.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Can I pick up in store?
Yes — free pickup at our CBD store (Platinum Plaza) or Kamakis store (Crown Plaza). Select Self Pickup at checkout.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we deliver 7 days a week. Weekend deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.
How do I track my order?
