1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the JSmart Interior Decor website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual products may vary slightly.
3. Ordering
Orders are placed via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after we have acknowledged it and payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4. Payment
We currently accept M-Pesa payments. Payment details will be shared upon order confirmation. Orders are processed after payment is received and confirmed.
5. Delivery
We deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya. Delivery times and costs vary by location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as weather or courier delays.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Delivery costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, text, and design is the property of JSmart Interior Decor. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
JSmart Interior Decor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
